1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PumpyDumpy2Visual ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License and Usage ("Lifetime" Definition)

Your use of the Software is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). The Free Edition is provided "as is" with a watermark on exported videos.

The PRO and STUDIO Editions require a valid license key purchased through our authorized merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

"Lifetime" License Definition: When you purchase a PRO or STUDIO license, it is billed as a one-time payment. This grants you a lifetime license to the current major version of the software (v4.x). "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the v4.x product line. You will receive all minor updates, bug fixes, and new features within the v4.x series for free, forever. It does not necessarily guarantee free upgrades to future major versions (e.g., v5.0), should they be released.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a license, you agree to their terms of sale.

4. User Generated Content

You retain all rights to the videos and content you create using the Software. PumpyDumpy claims no ownership over your exported videos. With a PRO or STUDIO license, you are granted full commercial rights to monetize your videos on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
